1. Returns
Eligible products can be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn and returned with original packaging and tags.
Earrings, nose pins, personalised products and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed products are eligible for appropriate resolution.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers should report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items preferably within 48 hours of delivery by emailing royalshingaar@gmail.com with the order number and supporting photographs or video.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5 business days.
Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to credit the amount.
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded through bank transfer or UPI.
No restocking fee will be charged.
4. Return Shipping
Change-of-mind returns: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products: Necessary return shipping costs will be covered by Royal Shingar.
5. Exchanges
Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 calendar days, subject to product availability and return conditions.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Full refunds will be provided for eligible pre-dispatch cancellations.
Dispatched orders may be returned subject to this policy.
Orders cancelled by Royal Shingar due to unavailability will receive a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.
